X-Gear LLC is a newer manufacturer of R/C helicopter parts located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We started off manufacturing CNC cut metal art, residential signs and geometric parts in 2001, In January of 2008, we decided to explore what we could do with R/C. The X-Gear and Spider Gear concepts now in production came into this world because of a niche need that needed to be fullfilled (pretty much because of my dumb thumbs). We believe that we can manufacture a superior product that can deliver strength, function, and visual appeal, all at a price that won't upset the wife too bad.

X-Gear's current products are manufactured by waterjet machining, we can deliver accuracy all the time, every time. As our company grows and we conceive new products, we will add other CNC equipment to give us more capabilities.
